Terms of Service – Jet Force One
Effective Date: 19th April 2025
By booking any service with Jet Force One, you (the “Client”) agree to the following legally binding Terms of Service, in accordance with UK consumer protection and service provision laws.
1. Services Provided
Jet Force One offers professional pressure washing and exterior cleaning services throughout London, Kent, Surrey, and Essex, including (but not limited to):
Driveways and patios
Roofs, walls, facades, fencing
Commercial exteriors
Baby strollers, buggies, and mobility aids
2. Estimates, Quotes & Payments
All estimates/quotes are free and valid for 14 calendar days.
A 50% deposit may be required to confirm bookings.
Final payment is due immediately upon job completion unless pre-agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, debit/credit card, or cash.
Invoices unpaid after 7 calendar days may incur a 5% late payment fee under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
3. Access Requirements
Clients must provide:
Clear, safe access to the work area
A working outdoor tap or water supply
Electricity is not required, as all equipment is petrol-powered.
If access is not available at the scheduled time, Jet Force One reserves the right to cancel or charge a call-out fee of up to 50% of the total job cost.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made in writing (text/email).
Cancellation charges apply as follows:
24–48 hours’ notice: 25% of the quoted amount
Less than 24 hours’ notice or no access on arrival: 50%
Rescheduling is free if done with more than 48 hours’ notice.
Jet Force One reserves the right to reschedule due to weather, safety risks, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Pre-existing Damage & Surface Condition
Clients must inform us of any known damage or weaknesses to the surfaces being cleaned.
While every effort is made to use appropriate pressure and technique, Jet Force One is not liable for damage to:
Previously compromised surfaces (e.g., old mortar, flaky paint)
Loose pointing, render, or tiles
Water ingress due to poor drainage or sealant failure
6. Liability & Insurance
Jet Force One holds public liability insurance for the work carried out.
Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential losses, including damage caused by movement of dirt or water run-off beyond the cleaned area.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the quality of service, contact us within 24 hours of job completion.
We will assess and, if appropriate, offer a free re-clean of the affected area.
Due to outdoor exposure, we do not guarantee how long surfaces will stay clean.
8. Use of Photographs
We may take before-and-after photos of your property for training, quality control, or marketing purposes.
No personal data or address information will be shared.
Clients may opt out by emailing us before the service date.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By booking any service with Jet Force One (via phone, email, WhatsApp, or web form), the Client confirms they have read and agree to these Terms of Service.
